Senior Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative and sustainable architecture projects that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from conception to completion, including conceptual design, construction documentation, and project management.
- Work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects and designers.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in architecture and share insights and recommendations with the team and organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of architects and designers.
- Expert knowledge of architectural design and construction principles, building codes and regulations, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
